betkpr Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between betkpr ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual who accesses or uses the betkpr platform ("User", "you", "your", "Player"). The betkpr platform includes the website betkpr.com, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimised pages, and any applications or tools made available by betkpr from time to time.

By completing the betkpr registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any gaming service offered on the betkpr platform, you confirm unconditional acceptance of these Terms in full. If you are accessing betkpr on behalf of a third party, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that party to these Terms.

These Terms must be read alongside the betkpr Privacy Policy and the betkpr Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of the platform.

Participation in any betting, casino, or gaming service offered by betkpr is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the platform.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting and gaming activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by betkpr or any affiliated responsible gaming programme.
• You must not be acting as an agent, nominee, or representative of any other person or entity in connection with your betkpr account.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract and must not be under any legal disability that prevents you from doing so.

betkpr reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time in order to confirm a Player's age, identity, location, and source of funds. Such documents may include but are not limited to a national identity card (CNIC), passport, driving licence, or utility bill. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension or the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

betkpr maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling. If the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that a User is under the age of 21, it will immediately suspend the account, investigate the matter, and take all necessary steps to prevent further access. Any funds held in an underage account will not be returned and may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the betkpr platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. betkpr employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, betkpr reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

When registering a betkpr account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information in all fields of the registration form.
• Maintain the accuracy of your registration information and update it promptly where it changes.
• Keep your account login credentials, including your username and password, strictly confidential.
• Notify betkpr immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• Accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.

betkpr is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your account with any third party. Account sharing, whether intentional or negligent, may result in account suspension without prior notice.

betkpr reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such refusal.

betkpr accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. betkpr does not impose a deposit fee, though your payment service provider may apply their own charges, which are outside betkpr's control.

All funds deposited into your betkpr account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties, including family members, are not permitted and may result in account suspension and the return of the relevant funds.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the completion of any applicable identity verification requirements. betkpr aims to process all withdrawal requests within the timeframes set out in the platform's banking information pages. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any applicable security reviews.

betkpr reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where:

• The Player's identity has not been fully verified in accordance with the Company's KYC procedures.
• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.
• The withdrawal amount includes bonus funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirements.
• The account is under investigation for any reason permitted under these Terms.

betkpr does not accept cash deposits or withdrawals. All transactions must be conducted through the approved electronic payment channels listed above. Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment details held on their account are correct and up to date. betkpr accepts no liability for funds transferred to an incorrect account as a result of inaccurate payment details provided by the Player.

All bets placed on the betkpr platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, event, or game type. These rules are published on the relevant sections of the betkpr platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific rules applicable to a particular betting market or game, the specific rules shall prevail.

betkpr reserves the right to:

• Limit the maximum bet amount applicable to any Player, market, or event at its sole discretion without prior notice.
• Refuse, void, or cancel any bet placed in error, as a result of system malfunction, or where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
• Void bets placed on events where the result has already been determined at the time the bet was accepted, where this was not apparent from the information available to betkpr at the time of acceptance.
• Suspend betting markets on any event at any time where required for operational, regulatory, or integrity reasons.

Bets once accepted and confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player, except where betkpr expressly provides a cash-out or bet-edit function and such function is available for the relevant market at the relevant time. All confirmed bets are settled in accordance with the applicable rules and the official result declared by the relevant governing body or data provider recognised by betkpr.

betkpr offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside the relevant offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms set out herein and the specific terms of any bonus or promotion, the specific bonus or promotion terms shall govern.

Unless the specific terms of a bonus expressly state otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all betkpr bonuses:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active on a Player's account at any given time, unless the specific bonus terms expressly permit otherwise.
• betkpr reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that such amendment shall not affect bonuses already accepted and in the process of being wagered in accordance with applicable requirements.
• Any attempt to abuse bonus structures, including but not limited to the use of duplicate accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or the exploitation of errors in bonus terms, will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betkpr platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. betkpr reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in any of the following activities:

• Registering more than one account or using the account of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using the platform in any manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Employing any software, algorithm, exploit, or technical mechanism designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other Players, including but not limited to bots, automated betting scripts, and artificial intelligence-assisted wagering systems not expressly approved by betkpr.
• Colluding with other Players, dealers, or employees of betkpr in connection with any bet or game.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing betkpr staff, agents, or other Players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform or systems to which you are not authorised.
• Exploiting any error, malfunction, or misconfiguration in the betkpr platform, including incorrect odds, software bugs, or erroneous bonus credits.

Where betkpr determines that a Player has engaged in prohibited conduct, the Company may, without limitation: void all bets placed during the relevant period, forfeit all account balances, recover any withdrawals already made, and report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

betkpr is committed to promoting responsible gaming and operates a comprehensive set of player protection tools available to all registered Players. The betkpr Responsible Gaming programme is described in full in the Responsible Gaming Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

All Players are encouraged to make use of the following tools available through their betkpr account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you may deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you may lose within a specified time period.
• Session Reminders: Receive automated notifications at intervals you define to remind you of the time you have spent on the platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the betkpr platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Opt in to regular prompts displaying your net gaming activity during the current session.

betkpr will not knowingly extend credit, provide incentives, or market aggressively to Players who have self-excluded or who are showing indicators of problem gambling. If you believe gambling is negatively affecting your wellbeing or finances, we strongly encourage you to use the self-exclusion tool immediately and to seek professional support. betkpr staff are trained to refer Players to appropriate support resources where problem gambling is identified.

All content published on the betkpr platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of betkpr or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The betkpr name, logo, and all related marks and trade dress are the exclusive trademarks of the Company.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the betkpr platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered Player. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or commercially exploit any portion of the platform or its content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the betkpr platform.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks displayed on the platform.
• Use any automated means to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform.

Any unauthorised use of betkpr's intellectual property will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betkpr, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the betkpr platform or any of its services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any services offered thereon.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, business, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or data.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in platform content, odds displays, or result settlements.

betkpr's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their betkpr account in the twelve-month period immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude betkpr's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by the Company's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

betkpr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at any time and without prior notice where the Company has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal conduct in connection with their use of the platform.
• Continued operation of the account presents a regulatory, legal, or reputational risk to betkpr.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information at any stage of their relationship with betkpr.
• A self-exclusion request has been received from or on behalf of the Player.

A Player may close their own betkpr account at any time by contacting the betkpr support team. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (excluding bonus funds not meeting applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to applicable verification and compliance checks.

betkpr will retain Player data following account closure in accordance with its obligations under applicable data protection and anti-money laundering legislation. The terms of the betkpr Privacy Policy continue to apply following account closure.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which betkpr's international gaming licence is issued. The applicable regulatory framework governs the standards of fairness, player protection, and dispute resolution applicable to betkpr's operations.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and betkpr, the Player is encouraged to contact the betkpr support team in the first instance. betkpr commits to investigating all Player complaints promptly and in good faith, and to providing a written response within a reasonable time frame.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, Players may have the right to refer the matter to the independent dispute resolution service designated under betkpr's gaming licence. betkpr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material amendment is made, betkpr will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered Players via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the amendment taking effect.

It is the Player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically to ensure they are aware of the current version. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. Continued use of the betkpr platform following the publication of an amended version of these Terms constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms in full.

If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the betkpr platform immediately and contact the support team to initiate account closure in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.
